In this three-hour class, your seasoned instructor will show you how to create one basic dough that can be made into many delicious products, including baguettes, fruit and nut loaves, soft buttery rolls, and pizza. The $75 class at Le Pain Quotidien is limited to less than 10 students, to ensure you get the very best hands-on instruction.
